What we collect

Only what you type into the quote application, the X-Mod review request or the contact form: your name and contact details, your business details, and the insurance information you choose to share. The quote application also saves your in-progress answers in your own browser so you can come back to them; that copy never leaves your device until you submit.

Where it goes

When you submit a form, the information is sent to Pembroke Insurance Solutions and recorded in Pembroke's agency management system so a licensed producer can respond. If you already have a record with Pembroke, your submission is added to it rather than creating a duplicate.

What we don't do

• We don't accept file uploads on this site. Loss runs, rating worksheets and policy documents are requested separately through a secure channel after you authorize it.
• We don't retrieve anything from WCIRB, your carrier or any rating bureau based on a website submission. That requires your written authorization.
• We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with carriers until you have asked us to seek quotes.
• We don't use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
